Yoga Sculpt

Ready to sweat? This rigorous class offers strength postures that will have you moving, breathing and sweating! This class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures. Yoga sculpt strengthens, balances and exhilarates the body and mind. Light weights are used for a full body lift. Plyometrics are part of the practice. This class is a balance of both strength and conditioning as well as a slow flow vinyasa. High intensity class!  All levels are welcome, modifications are offered.


Expect anything and everything in this high energy class! This full body workout will pair strength training with bursts of cardiovascular exercise and core work. All geared towards burning fat and boosting your metabolism. An intense workout, modifications are offered.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. As we ride the waves of breath in our Yoga practice, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. All levels are welcome to join this vigorous practice in finding one's state of flow!


HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training. A HIIT workout mixes short bursts of activity with even shorter rest periods. Cardio mixed with strength training. You will work to your maximum in this hour of "high intensity"...but know that HIIT is open to all fitness levels! Modifications will be offered.

This class will lead you through a Vinyasa yoga sequence focused on the opening the hips, quads and hamstrings, while also providing poses to strengthen your core and improve your balance. This class is a great compliment to any endurance program or sport specific training and is also perfect for the city dweller looking to gain more flexibility and mobility in their body. All levels and experiences are welcomed.


A mindful, slower paced class to revitalize the mind and body. Aspects of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga will be featured in this class while linking movement to breath. Hands on adjustments will be offered and essential oils used. All levels are welcome to attend.


Let’s flow! This class will guide you through energetic and quick flowing sequences, with a dynamic mix of postures. It will allow you to release stress, while still building strength and gaining flexibility. All levels welcome, as modifications are always offered!

Flow at publico

Join us every Saturday for Flow at Publico, located at 11 Dorchester Street. An all levels Vinyasa Flow Class held on the Rooftop, or as weather changes, in the Publico Garden. $15.00 CASH DROP IN! Sign up online. Bring your own mat and water. We’ll do the rest!


Time to tone! This flow based class will have you working up a sweat, while toning and strengthening your muscles through body weight exercises. Connect your mind and body through core work, arms, and legs to build endurance mindfully. You’ll leave feeling that yoga glow of hard work and relaxation!
