Yoga Sculpt

Ready to sweat? This rigorous class offers strength postures that will have you moving, breathing and sweating! This class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures. Yoga sculpt strengthens, balances and exhilarates the body and mind. Light weights are used for a full body lift. Plyometrics are part of the practice. This class is a balance of both strength and conditioning as well as a slow flow vinyasa. All levels are welcome!


Expect anything and everything in this high energy class! This full body workout will pair strength training with bursts of cardiovascular exercise and core work. All geared towards burning fat and boosting your metabolism. An intense workout, modifications are offered.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. As we learn ride the waves of breath in our Yoga practice, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. All levels are welcome to join this vigorous practice in finding one's state of flow!

Hip Hop Vinyasa Flow

Hip Hop Vinyasa Flow is an all levels Vinyasa Flow class set to Hip Hop, pop and modern beats. The energizing, upbeat music will inspire your body to flow and awaken through Sun Salutations and balancing postures finishing up with a closing stretch and cool down. Start your Friday night off with this high energy fun workout!

This class will lead you through a Vinyasa yoga sequence focused on the opening the hips, quads and hamstrings, while also providing poses to strengthen your core and improve your balance. This class is a great compliment to any endurance program or sport specific training and is also perfect for the city dweller looking to gain more flexibility and mobility in their body. All levels and experiences are welcomed.

Happy Hour Core Flow YOGA

This core-centric flow will move from pose to pose, with each pose being held for no more than 5 to 8 breaths. You'll build strength and heat while flowing through a fully balanced sequence of forward folding, twists, backbends and opportunities for inversions and arm balances. 


With a focus on traditional pilates, Pilates Fusion blends powerhouse strengthening exercises with flexibility and functional strength. Using light weights, resistance bands and more, this class challenges your core stability, upper body and lower body strength and is designed to tone, lengthen and strengthen for a full body workout.

All levels encouraged and welcome! 


Let’s flow! This class will guide you through energetic and quick flowing sequences, with a dynamic mix of postures. It will allow you to release stress, while still building strength and gaining flexibility. All levels welcome, as modifications are always offered!
