This 2-hour workshop will begin with a flow and some core work to prepare for bakasana (crow), titibasana (firefly), astavakrasana (8-angle) and maksikanagasana (grasshopper).

No arm balance experience necessary. We will break down each pose step-by-step and learn tips and tricks to lift your body off the ground.
