Do you have a lost and found? No, we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
Should I sign up before class? Yes, you must sign up ahead of class using our MBO app or here to ensure you will have a spot. Please read cancellation policy below.
How far in advance can I sign up for classes? You can sign up for classes up to 7 days before a scheduled class.
Are late arrivals permitted? No, there are no late arrivals allowed. Our studio door will be locked 5 minutes prior to class starting. Please note, this is for your safety as well as no interruptions for class in session.
Class Cancellation Policy: Once you have a spot reserved in a class you may cancel ONLINE, up to 12 HOURS prior to the start time without penalty. If you cancel ahead of the 12 hour window, any unused classes are returned to your account for future use.
If you see LATE CANCEL as the only option to cancel out of class, then you are past the 12 hour timeline to cancel and will lose that class. Late cancels or no-shows will be charged, no exceptions. Class card holders will lose their class. Unlimited memberships will be charged a $15 fee. This will be done automatically.
